Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method. If you purchased a BeautyGrass product from one of our retailers and are unhappy for any reason, please contact the retailer directly with your proof of purchase as we are not able to issue a refund or exchange.

If you were gifted a BeautyGrass product, we will need proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
